Privacy policy
This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices ofJukeblox.app (Name of Owner), hereinafter called Owner. The types of information that we collect fall under two general categories: personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (NPII). PII consists of any information which can be used to specifically identify you as an individual, whereas NPII consists of information that does not reveal your identity. The following sections describe how your PII and NPII are collected by us, and how we use such information.
Log Files. A log file is a file that lists actions that have occurred. For example, Web servers maintain log files listing every request made to the server. With log file analysis tools, it is possible to get a good idea of where visitors are coming from, how often they return, and how they navigate through a site. Using cookies enables Webmasters to log even more detailed information about how individual users are accessing a site.
A.1. Any time you visit any of our websites, our servers automatically gather information from your browser such as the following:
- A.1.a. Your IP addresses;
- A.1.b. Browser type;
- A.1.c. Internet service provider (ISP);
- A.1.d. Referring and exit pages;
- A.1.e. Platform type;
- A.1.f. The date and time you visit; and
- A.1.g. The number of Hits (total number of times our site has been visited).
Log files are used to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track total movement, and gather broad demographic information. For example, we may log your IP address for system administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives us an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. We do not share information in the log files with anyone not directly affiliated with our company.
A cookie is a small string of text stored on a user's computer by a web browser. A cookie consists of bits of information such as user preferences, shopping cart contents, and the identifier for a server-based session, or other data used by websites. It is sent as an HTTP header by a web server to a web client (usually a browser) and then sent back unchanged by the client each time he or she accesses that server. A cookie can be used for authenticating, session tracking and maintaining specific information about users, such as site preferences. We may use cookies to keep track of some types of information while you are visiting our website or using our services. Cookies are very small files placed on your computer, and they allow us to count the number of visitors to our website and distinguish repeat visitors from new visitors. They also allow us to save user preferences and track user trends. We rely on cookies for the proper operation of our website. If your browser is set to reject all cookies, the website will not function properly. We do not link the cookies to any PII.
A web beacon is a transparent image file used to monitor your journey around a single website or collection of sites. They are also referred to as web bugs and are commonly used by sites that hire third-party services to monitor traffic. They may be used in association with cookies to understand how visitors interact with the pages and content on the pages of a web site. We may also use web beacons in email communications in order to understand the behavior of our customers. We do not link the web beacons to any PII.
